SEMI DEI Toolkit

Brief Description

SEMI is the broadest tech-focused industry association in the world, providing services and support for more than 2,400 microelectronics companies worldwide.

The industry faces globally serious lack of diversity and quity issues which undercut the industry’s capacity for innovation, creativity, and productivity. To create a more equitable future for microelectronics, SEMI has created a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Toolkit to complement SEMI’s Roadmap to DEI.

The Roadmap is an in-depth DEI framework and guide derived from resources in the toolkit and includes specific initiatives and activities that will support the DEI journey of any company. This Toolkit is a list of assessments, resources, research designed to illuminate current thinking & practices in DEI.
