Women4IT is funded 2018-2023 by the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment to train 1000+ women (19-29 years) Not in Education, Employment, and Training in ES, GR, IR, LV, LT, MT, RO for Digital Jobs of the Future!

Key indicators of the project:

• 38,694 – Number of women (19-29 years) reached by digital career awareness activities
• 2,482 – Women assessed by the new profiling tools
• 700+ Women enrolled, trained and
• 315 – Employers hired WOMEN4IT graduates until Jan 2022

Project Details:

The EEA & Norway Grants co-financed ‘Women4IT’ project ran from Sept 2018 – Jan 2022 and is prolonged until January 2023.

Lead Partner: LIKTA, Latvia. Expert partners of Women4IT: DIGITALEUROPE and the European Centre for Women and Technology.

• Raises awareness of the benefits, strategies, and best practices advancing innovative solutions for women´s employment through ICT;
• Creates strong alliances among stakeholders to support women´s employment in digital jobs of the future;
• Developed new innovative employability and profiling tools, and learning plans; OERs – Open Educational Resources;
• Built and sustains a strong community for women´s employment in the ICT sector;
• Welcomes new strategic partners for more women in tech and YOU for retaining your tech career!
