& Entrepreneur Women
Fundación Cibervoluntarios´project builds on the Spanish success story of InnovadorasTIC to showcase good practices to support innovative women coming from vulnerable groups and rural areas to use digital tools and services to avoid unemployment and run their own start-ups.
Project Details:
Four experienced partners in the field of digital tools for women entrepreneurs: Fundación Cibervoluntarios, Spain, IAL Nazionale, Italy, Metodo Romania and the European Centre for Women and Technology share innovative digital tools for various forms of employment: entrepreneurship, self-employment, job search, provide a guide for facilitators and training content for 12-hour face-to-face courses and present country reports on entrepreneurship, good practices of the use of ICT tools for entrepreneurship and role models of women entrepreneurs around Europe in an e-book.
The manual of good examples and initiatives focuses on:
- Artificial Intelligence, Empowerment through Digital, Innovation Ecosystems, Alternative Financing, and STEAM innovation.
- The material is designed for mentors, facilitators, and trainers.
- Training content is available in English, Romanian, and Spanish.
- The Mentoring Guide and the training materials have been tested in the partner countries by 172 women.
- The final evaluation of the piloting by both participants and facilitators is downloadable on the project website.
