Gender aspects of Sustainable Mobility in the MENA region and globally”

Since December 2016 when the leading Norwegian Research Institute SINTEF won the @UNDESA Award with its visionary project: “Powering the Future we want” together with L’Agence Nationale pour la Maitrise de l’Energie Tinesia, REC CEE, ECWT, and Cleantech Innovation, Norway the consortium has been involved in implementing SOFEM – Solar Fuelled Mobility in the MENA Region (2016-2021).

Now that the project is coming to an end @SINTEF in collaboration with ECWT @w4TechEU is organizing a full-day online workshop on the “Gender aspects of Sustainable Mobility in the MENA region and globally” on the 28th June 2021 from 09:30 to 16:30 CET with a focus on:
1) Session 1: Challenges for Gender-inclusive Mobility
2) Session 2: Showcases of Regional Efforts on Gender-Friendly Mobility
3) Policy recommendations and future projects
