Study on Role of Women in Energy Transition
ECWT´s collaborating partner empirica commissioned by CINEA
- The goal to analyze the role of women in energy transition and the impact of gender imbalances; explore challenges related to gender equality in the sector; recommend steps for progress, promising policy approaches and show best practices in stakeholder initiatives.
- The methods applied: representative interview survey (CATI) of more than 2,800 companies, online surveys targeting persons working in the sector, analysis of secondary data and good practices; forecast of the share of women in education and labour market related to the energy transition until 2050.
