Stuttgart summit to put women in quantum and deep tech centre stage: Messe Stuttgart will host the Female FutureTech Summit 2026 on 6 and 7 October, running daily from 10am to 4pm in Hall 2 (C2). Billed as a networking event for women in STEM and technology professions, the summit draws together women working across quantum technology, artificial intelligence, electronics manufacturing and automation, as well as medical technology, aerospace and energy. Organisers say the aim is to create space for exchange and new perspectives, spotlight career routes, strengthen networks and actively promote diversity in high-tech industries. Proceedings will be conducted mainly in German, with a handful of sessions in English.
Building Networks and New Opportunities:Â Networking and professional development are central to the summit experience. Participants can take part in networking and matchmaking sessions, expert presentations, panel discussions, guided trade-show tours, company pitch sessions and book presentations. The programme is intended for women already working in STEM and technology, students and early-career professionals, as well as organisations and individuals interested in advancing diversity and inclusion across the technology sector.
Leadership, Innovation and Career Growth:Â The 2026 programme focuses on four main themes: Leadership & Transformation, Innovation & Founding, Networking & Collaboration, and Career & Growth. Across two days, speakers and industry experts will explore topics such as entrepreneurship, future skills in the age of AI, quantum technologies, professional visibility, career transitions and modern leadership. These discussions aim to combine technical expertise with practical insights that can support women in developing their careers and taking on influential roles within emerging technology sectors.
Personal Guidance Through 1:1 Coaching:Â A notable feature of the 2026 summit is its one-to-one coaching programme, offering participants short personal sessions with experienced coaches and experts. Attendees will be able to discuss areas such as startup ideas, career development, leadership challenges and professional networking, receiving focused feedback and practical guidance. By combining individual support with wider networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, the Female FutureTech Summit aims to help women build stronger professional connections and confidently shape their next steps in STEM and technology.
